Perched on the easternmost ramparts of Pune city, Wagholi—at the time—evoked a strong perception of a rural community rather than an upcoming suburb. We leveraged the distinctly-urbane specifications and amenities of the project to create the aura of a gated estate. We named the project MiCasaa—a derivation of Latin: My Home and deigned a distinctive visual identity using elements, like the arabesque wreathed logo, to reinforce theperception of exclusive living.
