Routine delays, lack of transparency and broken promises has left Pune’s homebuyers skeptical of both: developers’ capabilities and intent to deliver to promises.
To reassure homebuyers that the project would indeed live up to their dreams, we ideated a campaign that squarely took on the task of opening buyers’ eyes. Driven by a comprehensive full jacket ad that invited buyers to take off their blind-folds, the campaign put the spotlight on aspects—absence of floor-rise and other ambiguous charges, carpet area, built up to open area proportion--that grey-market developers are known to shy away from.
