A location in the heart of Pune’s bustling Kondhwa area, better known as a business district than a residential enclave. The Japanese philosophy of Zen seeks to create mental equilibrium by creating surroundings that replicate pristine nature. We re-conceptualized the project as precisely such an address, and integrated spaces that would instill tranquility in all who dwelt within.
The entire campaign and its collateral flowed from the positioning. The definitive oriental styling of the design, use of elements like the Buddha silhouette, bamboo shoots, etc. all came together to bring a new Zen-like world to life.
